Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent to assist
customers in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume inbound calls to assist customers with their
insurance needs
Educate customers about coverage options and offer tailored
products
Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent
service
Required Qualifications
Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years
post-secondary education
Fluency in Spanish and English is required for bilingual
positions
Must have a designated workspace free from distractions and
high-speed internet
Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends after
training
