Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Architect to bridge the gap
between business strategy and technology execution.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership to define strategic objectives
and translate them into actionable architecture roadmaps
Analyze current business capabilities, design future-state models,
and collaborate with technology teams on solution design
Establish governance frameworks and drive continuous improvement
initiatives within the organization
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business architecture or
enterprise architecture
Proven track record in leading complex business transformation
initiatives with P&L responsibilities
Experience working in international markets, particularly in Latam
and Asia
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems,
or a related field (Master's preferred)
Familiarity with business modeling tools and technologies such as
BOT and RPA
