Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Enterprise
Experience Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Research and outline comprehensive customer journeys across the
healthcare ecosystem
Define value stories and measurable success for client engagements
along the customer journey
Facilitate experience sessions and ensure effective communication
between partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent
experience
6-10 years of experience in marketing, product development, or
design, preferably in healthcare
Experience in delivering user experiences for consumer products in
the healthcare sector
Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA is preferred
Fundamental knowledge of user-centered design processes and
emerging healthcare technologies
