Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Foreclosure Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor assigned foreclosure email box and order requested
foreclosure abstracts
Perform quality control evaluations on received foreclosure
abstracts before sending to clients
Update files as requested and monitor vendor turnaround times for
process improvements
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent work experience
Two (2) to five (5) years of title, settlement services, or
mortgage experience
State title/escrow license preferred
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite, Equator, and RamQuest
Intermediate industry-related skills
