Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Executive/Jr. Producer
responsible for managing a portfolio of Commercial Marine
accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client service, placement strategy, and business development
for Commercial Marine accounts
Drive growth through cross-selling and account rounding while
supporting Producers on new business prospects
Cultivate relationships with carriers and intermediaries to secure
optimal terms and conditions for renewals
Required Qualifications
Current and active P&C insurance license
5+ years of experience in a Property & Casualty insurance and/or
brokerage environment
Strong knowledge of Hull, P&I, and associated marine lines
Ability to develop carrier relationships within the Commercial
Marine market
Strong negotiation skills
