MortgagesDan the Man for Mortgages is seeking a highly organized
and detail-oriented Licensed Mortgage Loan Coordinator to join our
growing team. We are a fast-paced, client-focused loan service
company dedicated to providing exceptional service and helping our
clients achieve their loan needs, ultimately leading to home
ownership or commercial property needs. The ideal candidate will
have a strong understanding and experience in residential mortgage
lending and commercial loan processes, committed to ensuring timely
and accurate loan closings.Job Summary:The Licensed Loan
Coordinator is responsible for managing the residential and
commercial loan process with the borrower and lender, from initial
application through to closing. This involves connecting to both
borrower and Loan Officer to verify they fit the basic loan program
parameters prior to connecting to Loan Officer/lender. As needed,
it also includes coordinating with various parties, such as
realtors, home insurance providers, credit repair companies, etc.
and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Loan
Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and
efficient loan process for our clients.Job Duties and
Responsibilities:Assist with researching current and additional
lenders, loan officers, loan programs to provide new lender options
for borrowers.--Add all past client info to Salesforce or other CRM
to manage database, reports, etc.Add current and new Loan Officers,
lenders, financial advisors, realtors and other networking contacts
to CRM to track and market our services to for additional loan
opportunities.Manage connections to social media, requesting
reviews from clients, referral partners, etc.--Connect to
prospective borrower, following up for additional questions,
concerns in effort to move from prospect to client. As needed,
connect to potential Loan Officers for additional info to provide
benefits of loan to meet and exceed borrower needs.Collect and
analyze some documentation, which might include income, credit
report info, tax returns, bank statements, etc.--Communicate
effectively with borrowers, loan officers, realtors and other
interested parties in the loan process.Maintain accurate and
up-to-date prospect, client, Loan Officers, lenders, realtors and
other contacts in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
system.Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or
delays.Stay current on industry info and best practices.Provide
exceptional customer service to borrowers and all other parties
involved in the transaction.--Perform other duties, as
assigned.--Essential Job Functions:Client File Management: Organize
and manage client files from application to closing, ensuring all
required info is collected, verified, and accurately entered into
the CRM. This includes maintaining electronic files.Document
Procurement and Verification: Request, receive, and review all
necessary loan documents, including but not limited to income,
credit reports, etc..--Communication and Coordination: Serve as the
primary point of contact for borrowers, loan officers, realtors,
and other contacts. Communicate effectively and professionally,
both verbally and in writing, to keep all parties informed of the
loan status and address any questions or concerns.Compliance and
Regulatory Adherence: Ensure loan process activities comply with
applicable federal and state regulations, including RESPA and other
relevant guidelines. Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and
industry best practices.Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or delays in the
loan process. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate parties
as needed.Data Entry and System Updates: Accurately enter and
update loan data in the CRM and other relevant systems. Maintain
data integrity and ensure consistency across all platforms.Customer
Service: Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and all
other parties involved in the loan transaction. Address inquiries
promptly and professionally.Qualifications:NMLS license
required.High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's
degree preferred.3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan
Processor or in a related field.Strong understanding of the
mortgage lending process, including program guidelines and
regulatory requirements.Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM,
Microsoft Excel and Word programs, and other related
software.--Excellent organizational skills and attention to
detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. ----Ability to work independently and as part of a
team.Problem-solving and analytical skills. ----Compensation and
Benefits:Compensation: $25-$35/hour plus monthly bonuses, based on
volume closed.----Benefits: Work from home (100% remote position,
must reside in California), WFH stipend, paid vacation and paid
