Job Description:
A company is looking for an Automotive Virtual Total Loss
Adjuster - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service and virtually inspect vehicle
damage, writing repair estimates and completing total loss
valuations
Negotiate settlements with customers, repair facilities, and tow
yards, while explaining coverage and claims processes
Document claims accurately and manage workload independently in a
fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 18 months experience writing auto collision estimates
using an auto estimating program (e.g., CCC One, Mitchel,
Audatex)
Ability to obtain an adjuster's license in multiple markets within
60 days of hire
Experience in evaluating and negotiating claims settlements
Proficient in using various tools for claims processing and
documentation
Must maintain all required licensing and continuing education for
the role
