Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate
(Spanish-Speaking, Remote) to deliver exceptional customer
experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, live chat, and
SMS
Identify and document technical issues while handling customer
escalations empathetically
Collaborate with the Claims team and assist in documenting and
improving support processes
Required Qualifications
2+ years of support experience in a high-growth startup, preferably
in insurtech, fintech, healthcare, or subscription-based
businesses
Experience using Zendesk or similar support platforms; Zendesk
admin or reporting experience is a plus
Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
Availability to work some Saturdays
Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet working
environment
