Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Strategy and
Innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing analytical business cases and opportunity assessments
for strategic options
Collaborating with functional leaders and subject matter experts
across the organization
Identifying and evaluating growth opportunities and supporting
cross-business unit initiatives
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Banking,
Investments, or New Product Development
Experience with healthcare market dynamics and economics is
preferred
Understanding of Medicare Advantage and/or value-based care is a
plus
Proven ability to synthesize and translate disparate inputs into
cohesive recommendations
Demonstrated collaborative and proactive work ethic
