Job Description:

A company is looking for a Counsel.
Key Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel on insurance coverage to various departments and committees
Research state and federal laws related to insurance coverage
Develop, draft, and revise policy forms and endorsements to meet regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Law degree with a current law license
Two to three years of experience in litigation and general civil law practice
Continuing legal education as required, particularly in insurance law and related areas
Professional mastery and thorough knowledge of relevant legal areas
Ability to work under general supervision and provide timely legal advice
