We are an entrepreneurial, innovative, and ambitious FAMILY LAW
firm in the Inland Empire on track for aggressive growth.
We are actively recruiting for a Legal Services Sales Professional
to join our team.
This position is for a proven, all-star salesperson who can sell
legal services and cultivate new relationships.--Prior legal
experience is not required, but you must have a record of success
discussing big price points and complex problems with maturity and
sensitivity. Applicants MUST live within 60 miles of the firm's
location in Ontario, California.
Qualified candidates: Please include a cover letter with your

ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Legal Services Sales Professional is a key member of our firm,
responsible for sales, lead follow-up, and customer service
responsibilities.
We need a bright, creative, empathetic, and compassionate person
who can convey the value of our services to potential clients and
enhance the client experience. You will help us realize our vision
of helping more people!
We provide training in what you need to know to best help clients,
and for the right person, this will be a highly rewarding position
personally, professionally, and financially.
Responsibilities:
This position will;
--- Conduct initial client consultations to sell legal services
--- Onboard new Clients to our systems and their legal team
--- Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal
team
--- Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained
us
--- Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and
referral sources
--- Call past clients to check in on their progress and offer new
services
--- Appear at networking events in San Bernardino, Riverside,
Orange, and Los Angeles Counties to represent the firm
This position includes base compensation of approximately $60,000
plus generous incentive payments based on results, which can
conceivably get you to 6 figures, over time.
This is a full-time position. Our office is located in Ontario, CA,
but your position will be remote except for your attendance at
networking events.
Qualifications:

--- Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting
value
--- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in person, over
the phone, and in writing

--- Not get discouraged when things don't go as planned
--- Be willing and able to quickly learn about new topics (other
legal products)
--- Treat a call or meeting late in the week with the same care and
compassion as one on Monday morning
--- Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies
and procedures
--- Be a team player who consistently acts with respect and
integrity
--- Be tech savvy (we use Windows computers and specialized
software)
--- MUST live within 60 miles of the firm's office located in
Ontario, California.
Real-life experience and a few "battle scars" providing empathy and
understanding are assets. Experience overcoming a major obstacle in
life and making an important change in your life so you know at
your core that others can do it too, is a plus.
The salesperson doesn't give legal advice, so legal experience is
not required. Prior sales and customer service experience is
required because we can teach you about the planning process, but
we can't teach you how to care about people facing a difficult time
in their lives.

must bring a high level of energy, positivity, and bring can-do
attitude to work every day.
