Job Description:
A company is looking for a Private Funds Attorney to support
their client in a remote, full-time contract role.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the formation of private funds and alternative
structures
Provide legal representation regarding investment companies,
investment advisers, and broker-dealers
Manage compliance with relevant regulations and financial
contracts
Required Qualifications
Active law license in NY, NJ, PA, DE, or FL
Familiarity with the Advisers Act, Investment Company Act, and SEC
regulations
Experience in private fund formation and client management
Preferred location in NYC or Philadelphia
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
