A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager, CLM.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and enhance the Ironclad CLM platform for all LRC-owned
agreement types
Drive product strategy, user story definition, and implementation
for effective contracting processes
Provide project management support and updates to cross-functional
teams and leadership
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in contract management processes and
technology
4+ years of experience in business analysis and solution design in
legal and compliance
Hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM and related
certifications
Able to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively within
a team
High EQ and integrity with the ability to manage confidential
information
