Job Description:
A company is looking for an Information Systems Specialist in
Germany.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support for end-user devices
and network connectivity
Manage deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle of UMGC-owned
technical devices and collaboration tools
Administer and maintain audio/video systems for reliable live
streaming and conferencing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a U.S. regionally accredited institution or
three years of IT experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Entra
ID and Intune
Experience with tier-2 and tier-3 technical support and IT device
lifecycle management
Proficiency in collaboration platforms, including Zoom and
Microsoft Teams
Ability to obtain a USAREUR/USFJ driver's license and lift up to 40
pounds
