Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to support a high-growth organization in developing web-based training for the Federal Aviation Administration.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of training programs, ensuring high-quality training solutions
Translate complex technical information into user-friendly training materials for the Enterprise Information Display System (E-IDS)
Manage project schedules, monitor tasking, and ensure quality assurance objectives are met


Required Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects
FAA domain knowledge in areas such as Air Traffic, Technical Operations Support, Security and Data Administration, or Second Level Engineering Support
Experience in developing web-based training using Articulate Storyline 360
Ability to manage costs and follow earned value principles as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
