Job Description:
A company is looking for a Red Team Penetration Tester -
Technical Lead (Hybrid or Remote Work Schedule).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct penetration testing and Red Team assessments to identify
vulnerabilities
Develop custom exploits and tools to simulate real-world attack
scenarios
Collaborate with stakeholders to scope engagements and provide
remediation guidance
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in penetration testing and offensive
security assessments
One or more technical certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSWE, GPEN)
Experience with Object Oriented languages (C/C++, C#, Go, etc.) and
scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, BASH)
Knowledge of cloud technologies related to offensive security
testing
Advanced usage of Cobalt Strike or similar C2 frameworks
