Job Description:

We're looking for Full-time and Part-time Caregivers to join our team!Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement daily care and activities for residents based on service plans within legal and professional boundaries.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and community alarms, promoting resident independence and rapport.
• Maintain accurate care records, conduct safety checks, and communicate resident status effectively between shifts.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly, follow safety protocols, and ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Address residents' behavioral and psychosocial needs while respecting their rights and promoting independence. Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a personal care assistant.
  • Committed to health & safety.
  • Able to do housework and cooking.
  • Well-organized and reliable.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • A positive and compassionate attitude.
  • Physical stamina.
  • CPR certified.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. -Work Schedule:(1) Part-Time - Friday/Saturday/Sunday -
    • 6:00 AM -2:00 PM (1) Part-Time - Sunday/Monday
      • 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM(1) Full-Time - Wednesday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday -
