Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Lead customer relationships to ensure optimal service and support
delivery
Coordinate, track, and report on customer project statuses and
progress
Facilitate communication between internal teams and manage project
resources effectively
Required Qualifications
3+ years of project management and/or client success experience
Familiarity with healthcare data systems and processes
BS degree in business, technology, or a related field
Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and electronic health
record systems
Advanced Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables
