Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialty Insurance Lines Product
Manager or Senior Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads a team, ensuring alignment with department goals and
monitoring performance
Maintains relationships with policyholders and ensures brand
support among employees
Analyzes data to implement product changes for profitability and
compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications:
4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
3 years of Insurance Product Management or 5+ years of Insurance
Pricing Analyst experience (Preferred)
Exposure to Motorcycle (MC) or Recreational Vehicle (RV) insurance
products (Preferred)
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered
Understanding of insurance product design and rating algorithms
