Job Description:
A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager II
(remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies utilizing
methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
Manage a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring alignment with
business needs and timely delivery
Facilitate change management initiatives and mentor team members to
foster a culture of continuous learning
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement and change
management initiatives
Bachelor's degree in business management, Engineering, Logistics,
or a related field
Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
Advanced knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
technologies
Experience in supply chain distribution or warehousing environment
is highly desirable
