Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Talent & Transformation
who will lead transformative HR initiatives to enhance business
alignment and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR Transformation projects to modernize HRIS, Talent
Acquisition, and Talent Development processes
Oversee the development of reporting and analytics tools for
informed decision-making
Manage the effective use and optimization of Workday HRIS and lead
a global Talent Acquisition team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or
related field preferred
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including
leadership roles
Strong experience with Workday HRIS, including implementation and
optimization
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data
into actionable strategies
Strong project management capabilities and experience leading
cross-functional teams
