Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager responsible
for managing accounting operations and overseeing financial
reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with
GAAP
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal
entries and reconciliations
Supervise and develop accounting staff, managing team performance
and evaluations
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA
preferred)
5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2
years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in NetSuite software and advanced Excel skills
