Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead and
manage all human resources functions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the remote recruitment process and coordinate virtual
interviews
Coordinate the remote onboarding process and develop digital
onboarding materials
Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and
manage employee benefits programs
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in
nonprofit or legal sectors
Deep knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment
laws
Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
principles
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while
managing time effectively
Experience using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
