Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Adoption Manager to drive
customer success through the adoption of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them in
adopting VMware technology
Create and execute Success Plans aligned with customer business
objectives and technology goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer
operations and drive value realization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered
in lieu of a degree
12+ years of related experience in customer-facing roles
Experience with enterprise-level virtualization and VMware's
Multi-Cloud products
Proven ability to build relationships with CxO level personnel
Familiarity with technology assessments, roadmaps, and best
practices reviews
