Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Analyst to manage
delinquent accounts and negotiate repayment terms with
merchants.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of delinquent merchant accounts and negotiate
repayment terms
Track and analyze account performance, preparing reports on
collections status and delinquency rates
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
during collections activities
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in a Servicing & Collections
function at a Fintech or financial institution
Prior experience in collections operations for SME products at a
bank or fintech
Self-starter mentality with a focus on improving collection
metrics
