Job Description:
A company is looking for an FP&A Analyst to provide
analytical insights and financial reporting to support operational
leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical support and insight to operational leadership
across the company
Drive automation of financial reporting and enhance insights on key
KPIs
Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan and prepare
variance analytics against forecasts
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a
similar analytical/reporting role
Strong Excel user with proficiency in advanced data/financial
operations
Experience with NetSuite and forecasting/budgeting tools such as
Vena or Adaptive
Experience with CRM & analytical tools such as Salesforce, Tableau,
or Power BI
Financial and business acumen to communicate the rationale behind
financial metrics
